About The Owner
Tyler Marion is the Owner and Founder of Marion Construction & Excavation. Raised in a construction family, Tyler learned the trade from a young age under the guidance of his father, John Marion — gaining hands-on experience and a deep respect for quality workmanship.
In 1999, Tyler represented Canada at the WorldSkills Competition, where he competed against the best young tradespeople from around the globe and proudly placed 10th in the world. That experience solidified his passion for the industry and his commitment to excellence.
With decades of experience behind him, Tyler leads Marion Construction with the same core values he was raised on: integrity, skill, and a tireless work ethic. Today, the company continues to grow under his leadership, building everything from homes and commercial spaces to infrastructure and excavation projects — all with a focus on doing the job right, every time.
